These terms apply to your access to and use of PostFlow Scheduler.
1. Service
PostFlow Scheduler is a private social media workflow tool operated for Vasilkoff CY Ltd. The app helps authorized users create, edit, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts.
2. Authorized use
PostFlow Scheduler is intended for authorized business use only. You must keep account credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and follow all rules, developer policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform.
3. User content
You are responsible for all topics, captions, hashtags, images, videos, prompts, schedules, and other content that you upload, generate, approve, or publish through PostFlow Scheduler. You must only submit content that you own or have permission to use.
4. Third-party platforms
PostFlow Scheduler may connect to third-party APIs, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, after an authorized user grants access or configures the required credentials. Publishing actions are initiated by the user or by schedules approved inside the app. Third-party platforms may change, limit, suspend, or reject access or publishing at any time.
5. Availability
PostFlow Scheduler is provided as a private operational tool. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, platform policy changes, or business reasons.
6. No warranties
PostFlow Scheduler is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, that scheduled posts will always publish successfully, or that connected platform APIs will remain available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasilkoff CY Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of PostFlow Scheduler, including failed publishing, account restrictions, content errors, or third-party API changes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as PostFlow Scheduler changes. Continued use of the app after an update means acceptance of the current terms.
