PostFlow Scheduler uses stored information to generate draft content, preview media, save schedules, publish approved content, show publishing history, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the security and reliability of the app.
4. Storage and processors
Uploaded media and content records may be stored with service providers such as Supabase. Content generation may use providers such as OpenAI. Publishing requests may be sent to connected platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook when the user requests or schedules publishing.

We do not sell personal information. PostFlow Scheduler shares information only as needed to operate the app, process user-approved publishing actions, comply with legal obligations, protect the app, or work with service providers that support the app.
6. Retention and deletion
PostFlow Scheduler keeps content records, uploaded media, and publishing history for as long as needed to operate the app or meet business and legal requirements. Authorized users may request removal of stored content or connected credentials by contacting the application operator.
